Our take
The lobby of Hotel Miradouro is open to anyone who orders a coffee, at any hour. Guests come and go, but the lounge by the windows stays calm, with deep armchairs and a long communal table.
Wi-Fi ran at 200 Mbps and there are outlets along every wall. It is our pick for very early or very late sessions. In the evening the bar is for guests, so stay in the lounge.
