Our take
Most cafés in Lisbon close as the city heads out for dinner. Cais Night Desk opens at six, three nights a week, and fills with freelancers working with other time zones.
At 150 Mbps the Wi-Fi is the fastest in Cais do Sodré, and calls are fine at the bar tables. Outlets are limited, so arrive charged. After midnight the music goes up and the laptops go away.
