Our take
Estufa sits in a restored glasshouse at the top of Príncipe Real, and the back room is where the regulars settle in with laptops by nine.
The Wi-Fi held steady at 120 Mbps and there is an outlet under almost every table. Weekends get busy with brunch, so laptops are welcome on weekdays only. Order something every couple of hours and nobody will ask you to move.
