What we collect
We only collect what you send us. When you submit a place, use the contact form or join the newsletter, we receive what you type in: usually your name, your email and your message. We do not ask for anything else.

Payments
Featured and City sponsor plans are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details: we never see or store them. We receive your name, your email, the plan and the name of your place.

Maps
Our maps load from OpenFreeMap, built on OpenStreetMap data. To draw the map, your browser asks their servers for map tiles, which shares your IP address with them, as with any website you visit.

Cookies and analytics
We count visits to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add cookies that need your consent, we will ask first.

How long we keep it
Submissions and messages: as long as we need them to answer you and keep listings up to date. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, with the link in every email. Payment records: as long as the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to hello@perch.city and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also go out in the newsletter.
