Across from the Estrela garden, this small public reading room is one of the best kept secrets in the city: long oak tables, green lamps and a librarian who knows every regular.
It is free and silent, with outlets along both walls. The Wi-Fi tested at 90 Mbps, steady all day. It opens at ten, so start with a coffee at the garden kiosk.
