Our take
Café Tejo opens at 7:30, earlier than almost anywhere nearby, and the first hour is the quietest. Big windows face the street, and the back tables are the ones with outlets.
Calls are welcome, which makes it a good base for a morning of meetings. The Wi-Fi tested at 70 Mbps, fine for video. It gets loud at lunch, then calm again in the afternoon.
