Our take
Andorinha is the kind of café where the owner remembers your order on the second visit: six small tables, a window onto the lane and custard tarts from the bakery next door.
It is not built for long sessions. The Wi-Fi tested at 60 Mbps and outlets are scarce. Come in the morning, answer email, then get lost in Alfama. Calls are fine. Closed on Tuesdays.
