Copenhagen
Copenhagen on weekdays
How to plan a working week around early closing times and great coffee.

Copenhagen is a wonderful place to work, as long as you follow its rhythm. The city starts early, closes early and slows right down on weekends.
Mornings
Cafés open around 7:30. Lille Bønne on Jægersborggade has a window bar with outlets and stays calm until mid-morning.
Afternoons
Move to a desk after lunch. Havn Studio has canal views and booths for calls, and Læsesalen in the Latin Quarter is free, silent and beautiful.
Evenings and weekends
Most coworking spaces close at 19:00 and on weekends. Kaffebar Vest stays open until 22:00, and the lobby of Hotel Sølv until 23:00.
Costs
A coffee costs 35 to 45 kr, and a day pass 200 to 250 kr. Cards are accepted almost everywhere, even for a single coffee.

Tests every network twice and has never met a courtyard café he did not like.
