Our take
Milk Crate is everything people love about Melbourne coffee: a serious espresso bar, a short menu and a few tables on the sidewalk. Laptops are welcome once the morning rush is over.
The Wi-Fi tested at 100 Mbps. Outlets are along the back wall only. Calls are fine, the room is never quiet. It closes at 16:00, like most cafés here, so start early.
