Our take
The Vesper lobby never closes, and at 3 a.m. it is one of the calmest rooms in Manhattan: velvet armchairs, a long library table and a coffee bar that turns into a cocktail bar at six.
Order something and you can stay. The Wi-Fi tested at 150 Mbps, with outlets along the walls and under the library table. Weekday afternoons are best, before the evening crowd.
